Terms & Conditions — bmk4d Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bmk4d", "we", "us", "our" — refers to bmk4d, the operator of the platform accessible at https://bmk4d.net and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimized URLs.
• "Platform" — refers to the bmk4d website, its web applications, all betting and gaming products offered thereon, and any related services provided by bmk4d.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a bmk4d account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered member account created on the Platform, including the associated balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and profile information.
• "IDR" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Platform balances and transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or incentive issued by bmk4d to a member's account, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a member on any sports market, casino game, slot title, live dealer table, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw available on the Platform.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.
• "WIB" — refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to all Platform operating hours, draw schedules, and customer support availability notices.
• "Terms" — refers to these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 16.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bmk4d. By completing the registration process, logging into an existing Account, depositing funds, placing any Wager, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the bmk4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person equally accepts these Terms. bmk4d reserves the right to request evidence of such authority at any time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bmk4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. bmk4d operates a strict 21+ policy with zero tolerance for underage access. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any Wager on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and be physically located within Indonesia at the time you access the Platform and place Wagers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia.
• You must not be self-excluded from bmk4d or any other gambling operator under a self-exclusion programme currently in force.
• You must not be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or director of bmk4d, or of any game studio or data provider that has a material commercial relationship with bmk4d.

bmk4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility criteria are found not to be met. Any Wagers placed by ineligible members may be voided, and any associated winnings or bonus credits forfeited.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether under different usernames, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, a name other than your own, or any identity that misrepresents your true identity. bmk4d will rely on the information you provide for KYC verification and for processing all financial transactions on your Account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bmk4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You must notify bmk4d immediately by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. bmk4d offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts and strongly recommends that all members enable this feature.

Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bmk4d's customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus credits not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

bmk4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your membership, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an internal review threshold.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM), showing your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement (from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other recognised Indonesian bank), or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where deposits or withdrawals are made via a bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), you may be required to confirm ownership of that payment method.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in bmk4d's request may result in the suspension of deposit, betting, and withdrawal functionality on your Account until verification is satisfactorily completed. bmk4d will not be liable for any losses arising from delays in KYC processing where the delay is attributable to incomplete or inaccurate document submission by the member.

All deposits to your bmk4d Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

bmk4d currently accepts deposits via the following channels, all processed in IDR:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• QRIS: QR-code instant transfers via any QRIS-enabled Indonesian banking or e-wallet application.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bmk4d, although individual bank and e-wallet providers may apply their own per-transaction or daily limits. bmk4d does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independently.

bmk4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers anti-money-laundering screening protocols, that is made from a payment method not registered in the member's name, or that is associated with activity that bmk4d reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your bmk4d Account will be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. bmk4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are denominated in IDR.

Withdrawal Processing Standards

• E-Wallet Withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Targeted processing time of under 30 seconds for fully KYC-verified Accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank Transfer Withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks): Typically processed within 1–15 minutes during standard WIB banking hours. Processing during non-banking hours may be subject to additional time.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. bmk4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own inbound transfer policies independently.

Withdrawal Conditions

bmk4d reserves the right to require that a member complete at least one qualifying Wager using deposited funds before processing a withdrawal, in order to prevent the abuse of deposit bonus structures. Specific wagering requirements attached to bonuses are set out in Clause 8 and in the individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

Where a withdrawal request is subject to enhanced review — due to KYC requirements, anti-money-laundering checks, or fraud screening — bmk4d will notify the member by the email address registered on their Account and will endeavour to complete the review within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation.

bmk4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The specific terms applicable to each individual promotion — including the eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bonus conversion limit, and expiry period — are set out in the individual promotion description published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in IDR to the member's bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bmk4d bonuses are available to one Account per member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash without satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.
• bmk4d reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of a system error, collusion, or any conduct inconsistent with good-faith promotional participation.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus credits and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account balance without further notice.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the betting market or game in question. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant product rules as published on the Platform.

Sportsbook

Sports betting markets — including pre-match and live in-play markets for football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other sports — are subject to bmk4d's Sportsbook Rules. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended. Wagers accepted prior to a market suspension are honoured at the odds quoted at the time of acceptance. In-play odds are updated in real time and bmk4d will not be held liable for Wagers placed based on a member's misreading of rapidly changing in-play odds.

Casino & Live Dealer

All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, Lightning Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Crazy Time operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. Certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used in all non-live casino titles. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed for all slot titles.

Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform — including Singapore and Hong Kong daily draws — are governed by the official draw results published by the respective draw authority. bmk4d does not influence draw outcomes and accepts no liability for any technical disruption to external draw feeds beyond its reasonable control.

Void Bets

bmk4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, game configuration, or market data — including but not limited to pricing errors, system faults, or data feed failures. In the event of a void, the staked amount will be returned to the member's Account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bmk4d.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, coordinating with other members to generate artificial wagering volume, or any other conduct that circumvents the intent of a promotion.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Wagers, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage not available to other members through normal use of the Platform interface.
• Colluding with other members, or with any employee or agent of bmk4d, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money, finance terrorist activity, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable Indonesian financial regulations.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider after the deposited funds have been used to place Wagers on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any bmk4d staff member or other Platform user.

bmk4d employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bmk4d may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all associated Wagers, forfeit all balance and bonus credits, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

bmk4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where bmk4d has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform.
• The Account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory inquiry.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to bmk4d, other members, or the integrity of the Platform.
• The member has requested self-exclusion under bmk4d's Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an Account is closed by bmk4d for breach of these Terms, bmk4d reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Real-money balances unaffected by the breach will be returned to the member via their registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable KYC requirements. Bonus credits and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

bmk4d is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all members. We recognise that for a small proportion of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have designed our platform with tools and safeguards to help members maintain control of their gambling activity at all times.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bmk4d members free of charge from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit to your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you may lose within a defined period. Exceeding a loss limit will automatically suspend betting functionality until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts at set intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to remind you of the duration of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login and betting access are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated data collection tool (scraper, spider, crawler, or bot) to extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital medium without bmk4d's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or software terminates the licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of bmk4d's intellectual property rights, for which bmk4d reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

bmk4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by bmk4d — including your name, date of birth, identity document details, contact information, payment method details, and betting activity — is used for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

bmk4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform communications and stores member data on secure, access-controlled servers. bmk4d does not sell member personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmk4d's total liability to any member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their bmk4d Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bmk4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any loss arising from Platform downtime, server outages, scheduled maintenance, or unscheduled technical disruption.
• Any loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) that are outside bmk4d's direct operational control.
• Any loss arising from the member's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a member's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain errors outside bmk4d's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bmk4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bmk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects a member's rights or obligations — bmk4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the affected member's Account.

For minor or administrative amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details), bmk4d may update these Terms immediately without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms — identified by the Effective Date and version number displayed at the top of this page — supersedes all prior versions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as it relates to the operation of online gaming and betting platforms serving the Indonesian market.

bmk4d operates as a licensed and regulated platform under international gaming regulations. While online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, bmk4d maintains compliance with applicable international licensing standards and operates under the oversight of its international regulatory authority. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact bmk4d's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for bmk4d to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter informally. bmk4d's support team operates 24/7, including during Indonesian public holidays.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
